
PCSD 6 bus riders will be picked up two hours later than their normal pick-up time. Weather permitting buses will adhere as closely as possible to their regular routes. If a route is changed the transportation department will contact parents.

PCSD 6 will have a two hour delayed start on Wednesday, February 22, 2023. Schools will be open by 9:30 a.m. We are continuing to monitor the weather, updates will be sent as needed.

Sunset students accepted the Snowball Fight challenge to read, read, read. At the end of the month-long challenge, Sunset students and staff read a total of 13,643 books and we were able to take home the traveling Snowball trophy. Our friends from Livingston School brought the trophy over this morning to the Sunset Library. Congratulations to ALL the participants, we all read, we all win!

Sunset School students and families collected household essentials, toiletries, and baby products drive for Cody Cupboard. Our students and families came through to support our community donating 293 pounds of items - thank you!
Today, with the help of some very energetic and enthusiastic 4th graders, Mr. Harper and Mr. Wolf, of Cody Cupboard, loaded the donations onto pickup trucks to be delivered to Cody Cupboard to disperse to our community.
